Job Title- Business Support Analyst

Pay Range- $24 / hr W2

Location- Johnston, RI

Duration- 6 months contract

Hours are 8am - 5pm, M-F.

All interviews will be in-person.

Join the CSO Maintenance and Charge-Off team within Collections, responsible for accurate transaction processing and workflow optimization. This role involves direct communication with internal stakeholders and collections agents, performing moderately complex research on customer issues, and ensuring timely resolution. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
