CNC Programmer / Operator

- ensure precise programming and seamless processing of millwork-related projects
- determine and plan the sequence of operations
- develop, create, and manage accurate CNC cut-files
- act as a liaison between in-house designers and the wood shop
- set up, operate, and maintain a variety of CNC equipment to perform precision, non-repetitive machining operations
- ensure fabrication is done to a high-quality standard and according to schedule
- continuously collaborate with other fabrication departments
- conduct regular quality checks of finished products
ABOUT YOU
You have practical, hands-on millwork knowledgeYou've worked in a field such as cabinetmaking, machining, architecture or interior architecture, or industrial designYou have 2-3 years of recent CNC experience with a millwork focusYou have experience programming for plastics, composites (e.g. ACM), millwork sheet goods, and solid woodYou are fully competent in 3 Axis programming (and bonus if you are also familiar with 5 axis programming!)You have a sound understanding of analogue millwork processes, joinery, and materialsWHY EVENTSCAPE?
