NOC Engineer I - Telecommunications

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer I - Outage Management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate response on network outages with various engineering teams for quick resolution Perform event notifications to internal and external customers and management Assist with network outage isolation, troubleshooting, and chronic issue identification Required Qualifications 2-5 years of professional experience in a NOC environment at a telecommunications provider High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Vendor certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Salesforce) Proficiency with Fiber Broadband and IP Network Technologies Demonstrated experience across the Technology Skill Matrix
