Title : Customer Service Rep

Location : Remote

Contract : 1 year - W-2

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr W2

Shift Schedule : Monday through Sunday - 5 days and flexible to work 8 hour shift between 9 : 00am - 9 : 00pm EST = 40 hours per week

Training Schedule : Monday to Friday, within an 8 : 00am-5 : 00 window (typically 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm).

Job Description :

As a Bilingual English / Spanish Patient Service Rep you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile and IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center.

This person will be responsible for :

• Telephone customer service
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately
• Adhere to scheduled hours
