Salary : 15-30

This is full-time seasonal position starting in early spring and typically working up until the holidays. This crew handles our mowing services, spring and full clean up, plant maintenance and snow plowing. There is occasional weekend work and overnight shifts for snow removal during the layoff season.

Responsibilities :

  • Work efficiently with a team to complete tasks on time, following guidance provided by foreman
  • Properly use PPE, maintain a safe and clean worksite
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Reports for work at designated location on time each day
  • Communicate with clients as needed to ensure job satisfaction
  • Keep accurate time sheet records for billing
  • Always represent the companys best interest, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism

Physical Demands :

  • Work with hand tools, power tools, small engine and heavy equipment
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly through an entire work shift
  • Work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions performing manual labor

    • Requirements :

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Valid drivers license, must have a clean driving record when operating company vehicles.
  • Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
  • Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques and safety procedures
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented, ensuring a high-quality final product
