    Decker Truck Line has an OTR Flatbed Driver. Enjoy consistent miles, strong earning potential, and quality equipment.

  • Pay Increase : $0.01 CPM at 90 days, then annually until $0.70 CPM cap
  • Monthly Performance Bonus : Up to $0.05 CPM
  • Per Diem : $0.10 CPM included
  • Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit
  • Scales, Tolls, and Lumper Fees Paid by Decker

    • Home Time

  • 21 Days out and 5 days home (can stay out longer)
  • Weekends not guaranteed

    • Orientation & Onboarding :

  • Location : Fort Dodge, IA
  • Length : 3 Days
  • Orientation Pay : $500 after completion
  • Travel Options : Rental vehicle, plane ticket, or personal vehicle reimbursement
