Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead its payroll service line for high-growth startups. Key Responsibilities Manage recurring and off-cycle payroll processing for a portfolio of clients Master multiple payroll platforms and support client onboarding and issue resolution Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and manage employee onboarding / offboarding workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; field of study flexible 6+ years of payroll experience across multiple platforms and industries CPP certification or equivalent preferred Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and payroll tax regulations Experience with fast-paced, venture-backed startups is a plus
