Key Responsibilities :
Master Parts List (MPL) Management & Validation :Create and validate Master Parts Lists (MPLs) for all builds, working hand-in-hand with the internal engineering team and partner companies.Ensure MPL accuracy through regular Bill of Materials (BOM) to MPL alignment checks.Collaborate with Prototype Engineering to integrate process-related data into the MPL.Perform validations regularly (e.g., weekly) to maintain MPL accuracyChange Management & System Alignment :Manage changes effectively by approving and executing Change Management (CM) tickets.Maintain system alignment by analyzing, debugging, and correlating data during transfers between various platforms.Regularly communicate with the warehouse team to update part availability.Production & Build Support :Support part shortage meetings, providing clear and concise status updates on all critical issues.Support deviation meetings to ensure all necessary changes are accurately incorporated into the MPL.Report the clear part status throughout the duration of the build tracking.Support Change Review Boards (CRBs) for any last-minute changes that may be needed.Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Data ManagementExperience with change management processes and tools.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex data challenges.Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems is a plus.
