An expanding Texas Children's Hospital system is seeking a BE / BC Pediatric Surgeon to join its high-volume surgery service line servicing a catchment radius of 2 million. This is also a great opportunity for anyone looking to incorporate their own clinical interests into their scope of practice.

- Create your own flexible weekly schedule with the potential for 3 days in the OR, clinic days, a rotating call schedule, and administrative time
- 1,000,000+ in Total Earnings - $670,000 Base Salary with a lucrative RVU Productivity Model
- 25,000 Annual Quality Bonus
- Recruitment Package starting at $45,000 after taxes - can be used for Sign-on Bonus, Fellowship Stipend, etc.
