The Field Manager is responsible for managing employees. Guest relations. Responsible for inventory including ordering and receipt. Delivers food during peak hours of operation. Responsible for start-up of equipment and processes (opening shift). Responsible for shut down of and closing store (closing shift). Manages cash flow. Makes deposits. Responsible for administration including reports as required. Responsible for cost control (P&L). Attends / runs employee meetings, safety committee. Responsible for hiring and orientation of new employees.

Attends manager meetings for area / marketHelps with all other positions in the CafeAssists with other stores as neededAnswers phones / take orders as neededDelivers food to guests as neededExecutes Catering Sales Initiatives as necessary, including but not limited to :Daily guest call backs
Menu drops
Community event coordination and execution
Menu presentations and food tastings
Identifying sales leads through active territory canvassing

High School diploma or equivalentState Foodhandler card and ServSafe certificationMinimum of 1 year as a Shift Supervisor in a Corner Bakery Cafe restaurant operations position or similar concept experience showing ability to lead and execute restaurant operationsPossess strong guest service and communication skillsOrganized and detail orientedKnowledge of CBC CORE systemsCompletion of CBC Management Training programProficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and POS - Point of Sale systemsBilingual (Spanish) a plusFormal Leadership training experience such as Situational Self Leadership, Situational Leadership II a plusMust have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and be able to consistently pass an MVRAdditional Info :
