Key Responsibilities :

Conduct physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability.

Build rapport with donors to enhance overall satisfaction.

Ensure confidentiality for both donors and staff.

Educate donors on health matters and manage any adverse events.

Assist in training employees and administer the employee Hepatitis vaccination program.

Requirements :

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or equivalent in the state of employment, along with a valid CPR certification.

Attributes : This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You must be capable of performing a variety of physical tasks, possess keen attention to detail, and maintain high confidentiality standards in your work.
