Office Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. The Office Assistant will take on a variety of tasks that are essential to maintaining organization and efficiency. This position involves administrative support and clerical duties that range from answering phone calls and responding to emails, to managing files and performing data entry.

- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plusProven experience as an office assistant or in a similar roleStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingFamiliarity with office equipment and administrative proceduresBenefits
