Full-Time Medical Assistant – Rheumatology Practice

Monday-Thursday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Friday 8 : 00am-2 : 00pm

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with providers to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and document accurately in the EHR (NextGen)
  • Assist with procedures, injections, and diagnostic testing
  • Support patients with education and ongoing care needs
  • Collaborate with a caring team to ensure efficient, compassionate service

    • Requirements :

    What We’re Looking For

  • A certified or experienced Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and genuine compassion for patients with chronic conditions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience preferred
  • Experience in Rheumatology or a similar specialty is a plus
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems; NextGen is a plus
  • CPR / BLS certification required
