Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first on-site operational leader for a growing bus line in the U.S. With established routes and an ambitious expansion plan, this role offers the chance to build and shape operations while working closely with a dedicated team of professional drivers.
Operations Supervisor Benefits and Compensation :
- Base Salary $60,000-70,000
- 5-day full-time schedule with flexibility to align with driver coverage (mornings / evenings as needed)

Operations Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications
CDL license with passenger (bus) designationClean driving record with a strong safety historyProven supervisory or managerial experience leading driversKnowledge of U.S. DOT compliance and requirementsBus or motor coach industry experience strongly preferredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully manage diverse personalitiesOperations Supervisor Responsibilities :
Manage, train, support, and hire for a team of approximately 15 driversConduct driver interviews and coordinate with safety officers for final road testingServe as on-site point of contact for driver concerns, morale, and complianceCollaborate with international dispatch team to ensure smoothnessProvide hands-on support by moving / shuttling buses for maintenance or repairs as needed (CDL required)Ensure operational stability, support growthOperations Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills :
Prior experience interviewing and hiring driversSupervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or related industriesDemonstrated ability to thrive in a growth-oriented, fast-moving environmentpost
