Key Responsibilities : Lead B2B collections efforts, engaging with customers to resolve outstanding balances Resolve PO and invoice discrepancies to ensure accuracy and timely payment Collaborate with the sales team to address customer issues and maintain clear communication Qualifications : Proven experience in B2B collections, preferably in the manufacturing industry Proficiency with HighRadius and SAP Understanding of PCI compliance and secure payment handling Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume workload High school diploma or equivalent
