We are seeking a confident Sr. A / V Field Technician who is ready to join a fun, team-oriented organization. Our Senior A / V Field Technicians are responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of medium to complex AV Systems. Additionally, this role may oversee and guide entry-level technicians.

Role responsibilities include :

• Installing and troubleshooting AV systems, working with control system touch panels.
• Using interfaces to integrate, test, and certify AV systems.
• Configuring video conferencing and audio systems.
• Setting up audio DSP, testing control systems, and configuring video interfaces.
• Knowledge of products like Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Poly, Zoom, Extron, etc.
• Continuously seeking knowledge in the AV field.
• Installing video teleconferencing systems.
• Reading blueprints and drawings.
• Multitasking effectively.
• Collaborating with certification / commissioning teams.
• Training clients on system operation.

Travel throughout the DFW / Central region is required.
