Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and implementation of the technical roadmap through stakeholder collaboration Lead a team of 6 engineers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle Take ownership of systems and actively troubleshoot issues as they arise Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in backend application development Experience building robust, scalable Java applications using Java, Spring, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Kafka Knowledge of REST, Microservices, and distributed systems Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies in a cloud-based environment
