Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a results-driven and analytically strong leader to serve as the Manager of Treasury Operations. This individual will play a key role in forecasting cash flow, managing capital resources across our managed hotel assets, producing critical ownership reporting, and supporting Lodgco’s acquisition and third-party management growth initiatives. This is a highly visible role interfacing with executive leadership, hotel ownership groups, and internal departments.
Please note : This position requires 100% on-site presence at our new property support office located in Grand Rapids, MI.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, stand for long periods of time, ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Employee must be available during core business hours (generally recognized as 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday) expectation is approximately 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
