Job Summary
The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The Supervisor is responsible for several stands before, during, and at the close of the event. Essential Responsibilities :
- Supervises staff during check-ins and breakdowns for the zone that they cover.
- Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event including service areas.
- Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques and menu offerings.
- Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
- Supervises and completes the open and closing stand paperwork and inventory.
- Employs good food safety and sanitation practices and follows responsible alcohol service policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Meet the physical requirements of the job such as standing and walking for long periods of time, ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs, kneel / crouch, able to actively engage physically with guests and ability to react with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in foodservice or hospitality, particularly working concessions.An outgoing personality and ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.Apply to Levy today!
