POSITION : Operations Analyst

DIRECT REPORT : Director of Operations

COMPENSATION : Pursuant to state regulations,the salary range is $71,700-$95,000 plus bonus potential. ​Eligible to participate in the . We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. SUMMARY The Operations Analyst will be tasked with planning and executing project management related functions with a specific focus on reporting of portfolio-wide metrics, portfolio-wide quality control and compliance, management of operational tools, resources and procedures for the LV Collective portfolio. This role will also be instrumental in coordinating training and onboarding initiatives, providing critical on-site support during property staffing vacancies, and collaborating directly with the operations leadership team and client to execute broader scale initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

  • Directly support the Operations team for a specific portfolio in the areas outlined above in the Summary.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing operational procedures and tools.
  • Support the Portfolio Manager in the onboarding and training process for new team members within the assigned portfolio.
  • Analyze portfolio metrics to discover operating trends across the portfolio, to include but not limited to : Delinquency, Financial Statements, Operations Compliance, Leasing, Marketing and Maintenance
  • Provide quality-control functions to ensure compliance with Cardinal Groups best practices as it relates to policies and procedures, turnover, annual planning, and other areas to be assigned.
  • Provide on-site operational support to properties during periods of vacancy or critical staffing needs within the assigned portfolio. (Travel Required)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with client and operations team to plan and execute broader scale operational initiatives.
  • Participate in Cardinal U training as required and champion the Cardinal Culture.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director, Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in finance, property operations, and systems.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills as well as a professional attitude.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize.
  • Must have EXCELLENT analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box.
  • Ability to travel, Estimated at up to 50% but will vary based on business needs.
  • Professional written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills required.
  • Customer service focused (i.e., generating accurate and timely results and effectively communicating to team members, colleagues, client, and management).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The Team Member must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Overnight travel required to attend company functions, training, property visits, and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
