Job Summary
- Compiles and maintains Accounts Receivable records.
General Accountabilities
Checks and approves all invoices for payment.Accounts for and transmits all invoicing to customers.Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary.Answers vendor inquiries.Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors.Compiles accounts receivable reports.Maintains all accounts receivable files.Prepares analysis of accounts.Assists in monthly closings.Assists with special projects as necessary.The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.ALA-SEASON offers :

Job Qualifications
Education : Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required.Experience : 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Construction industry experience highly preferred.Skills
