Description : Riverside company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, with a strong focus on compliance, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. This role ensures legal and regulatory adherence, accurate and timely payroll, effective onboarding experiences, and well-managed benefit programs. The HR Manager also maintains the employee handbook and contributes to team building and organizational culture initiatives that foster collaboration and retention.
Position Requires : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with direct experience in payroll, benefits, and compliance. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, Paychex). Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) preferred.
