We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing valuable information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve service processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience
