Description

This position is classified as hourly, non-exempt. The hiring hourly rate for this role is $28-$31 per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Position Summary : As a Building Inspector you will be working to ensure that construction is progressing in compliance with the project specifications and performing structural and façade inspections to include CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, shoring / reshoring, post tension cable, precast / prestress members, light-gage metal studs, exterior window systems, roofing and waterproofing, stucco, and wood frame systems. This position requires a physical ability to navigate typical construction terrain, be capable of safely performing tasks while positioned on a swing stage, and climb ladders to access remote areas.

For this particular position, we expect to hire near the middle of the range. To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience inspecting structural components and façade of building structures and field operations.

We understand that there may be rare and exceptional circumstances where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position. In these cases, we may consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
