A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster. Key Responsibilities : Provide compassionate customer service by supporting clients through the claims process Investigate liability claims by reviewing damage and interpreting policy coverage Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate claims Required Qualifications : Completion of comprehensive on-the-job training Ability to work independently and confidently in investigations Experience in customer service or claims handling preferred Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processes Remote work capability, residing in the specified country
