Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Department Receptionist .
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service while assisting with administrative tasks in the service department.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Provide information on services offered and pricing details.
- Process payments and handle basic invoicing tasks.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements :
