Overview
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking three experienced IT Project Managers for contract-to-hire roles. These positions require strong project leadership in Agile environments, with proven expertise in banking or mortgage systems integration. Local Southern California candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT / engineering projects within financial services, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Drive Agile project execution using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate back-office systems in banking / mortgage domains.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear reporting and project status updates.
- Support the transition from contract to permanent placement, contributing to long-term organizational success.
