Hilbish Ford is looking for a friendly and dependable Automotive Dealership Cashier & Receptionist to join our team! In this dual role youll be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership assisting customers at the front desk and ensuring transactions are handled with accuracy and professionalism. From greeting guests with a smile to processing payments efficiently youll help create a positive and seamless experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What Youll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with courtesy and professionalism
  • Accurately process payments for service and parts transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Handle cash credit card and other payment types with precision and integrity
  • Maintain a balanced and organized cash drawer
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member as needed
  • Provide helpful information and address customer questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Follow established dealership policies and cash-handling procedures
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience with customer service cash handling or receptionist duties (a plus but not required)
  • Strong math and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Team-oriented and able to work well in a busy fast-paced environment
  • Professional reliable and high integrity in every interaction
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings
