Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts receivable functions. This is a hands-on role that ensures the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Supervise the AR team, ensuring timely and accurate creation of customer invoices and corresponding collections
• Monitor existing accounts to resolve outstanding issues with customers
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures for AR functions
• Review and reconcile the AR and customer deposits ledgers to ensure accuracy
• Assist sales leaders, project managers, and other departments with customer service issues
• Address, investigate, and troubleshoot accounts receivable problems and offer solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and professional growth
• Support the month-end close process with AR review, posting, and revenue recognition tasks
• Performs other related duties and projects assigned by management
