Position Responsibilities
- Remittance & Reporting Report and remit monthly activity and ensure compliance to portfolio requirements. Monitor and manage necessary investor updates. Complete monthly custodial account reconciliations. Conduct due diligence of loan documents and servicing agreements to ensure proper loan setup. Identify and manage high-risk remittance and reporting situations promptly and analyze the deficiencies according to risk and the potential impacts. Recommend courses of action based on the outcome of the applicable research. Plan and schedule own workload to most efficiently meet deadlines, prioritizing according to risk and urgency. Maintain a high level of commercial real estate investor reporting expertise, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate terminology.
- Servicing Audits Participate in investor audits, manage communication with the investors, and work to resolve any outstanding issues.
- Procedures & Process Improvements Create and maintain guides or procedures to ensure reporting requirements are met. Assist department leadership with identifying and implementing process improvements.
- New Investors Ability to read, understand, and provide feedback on new servicing agreements to ensure that all areas are covered for Investor Reporting responsibilities. Assist with the onboarding of new investor clients, ensuring that their reporting requirements are set up and delivered in accordance with our servicing agreements.
- Customer Service Work collaboratively with other Servicing and Production personnel on projects and to resolve issues. Demonstrate leadership both within the team and the Servicing Department. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all customers, internally and externally.
- Projects and Other Tasks Support team members and confidently perform / lead other reasonable tasks / projects that utilize experience and expertise. Guide the team in resolving complex issues and discrepancies, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach. Welcome challenging assignments and added responsibilities, and seek feedback on the outcomes. Other areas of responsibilities as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For :
4-year college degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or real estate; or equivalent relatable years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate5-7 years of relevant work experience. The salary range for the Investor Report Analyst III position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
