Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (React / Redux Sagas)

Location : Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office)

Project Description :

  • As a lead software developer, you will be responsible for the development of mission-critical applications while working with a team of developers.
  • You will design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing applications. Additionally, as a lead developer, you will build these applications with a focus on delivering cloud-based solutions.
  • The individual will use leading edge technologies and enterprise grade integration software daily.
  • You will be relied upon to help take this team to the next level from a technological standpoint.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design
  • Write technical specifications based on the conceptual design and stated business requirements
  • Develop and contribute to airline domain subject matter expertise. Become an expert regarding our applications.
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
  • Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
  • Works without supervision with complete latitude for independent judgment
  • Mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed

    • Mandatory Skills Description :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems and / or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in design, development, documenting, testing, and debugging of new and existing software systems and / or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use
  • 5+ years of experience with React, Redux, Sagas, and Jest
  • 7+ years of experience with Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • 5+ years of experience with Software Development Languages & Tools, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET / MVC, Web API, WCF, MS Visual Studio, MS TFS, GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in Software Development best practices such as Continuous Integration, Unit / Integration testing, and Code reviews
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft .NET Core Technology Stack
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud Computing - AWS, Azure, GCP, NET Core 6.x

    • Nice-to-Have Skills Description :

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, Elastic Search, and distributed queues such as Apache Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or MQTT
  • Airlines industry experience
