Position Summary :
The TOP (Turnover Package) Documentation Coordinator will assemble and deliver the final TOP to the customer. This role will coordinate efforts across several departments for completion of the TOP.
This is a full-time onsite role located at ABEC's Springfield, MO facilityResponsibilities :
Support ABEC practices and guidelines.Able to multitask.Preparing documents using Excel and Microsoft Word.Participate in internal project meetings.Create project folders per the Customer Documentation Requirements.Pulling Certifications and Manuals utilizing ABEC Business System.Coordinate cross-functional efforts for completion of final TOP to the customer.Creation of digital and paper copies of final TOP.Coordinate closure of any internal and customer TOP punch list items.Prepare shipping and transmittal documents for customerUpload TOP to customer via; share-point, fusion etc.Will play an active role in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunity.Follow all safety rules and policies.Execute other tasks as assigned.Requirements
High School DiplomaExperience with cGMP or ISO 0Experience in Vessels and Bioprocess a plusCandidates must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail oriented and ability to prioritizeGood at multitaskingAwareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.Prior Lean / Six Sigma experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office : specifically, Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and Adobe / FoxitScanner / Copier use capabilities
