Network Analyst

A company is looking for an Operation Systems-Network Analyst to manage telecommunications support and service coordination. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the university's telecommunications service and billing platform (PCR-360) Provide technical consultation on voice and messaging solutions while managing billing data migrations Evaluate new technologies and vendor offerings to support cost-effective decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering mathematics, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience programming features in Avaya S8730 Ability to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) in the workplace Experience with telecommunications service and billing platforms, such as PCR-360 Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including voice, voicemail, and messaging services
