Overview

Job Title : Visual Merchandiser

Status : Full-Time Employee (M-F)

Pay rate : $19-24 / hour. Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and / or geographic location.

Position Summary : Winston is looking for passionate and energetic Visual Merchandisers with in-store merchandising experience including merchandising apparel, accessories, updating and styling mannequins, and setting creative displays. Visual Merchandisers (MC) create and execute merchandising strategies and solutions in specific departments which may include women's, men's, home, pet, and baby within a designated Walmart location. Responsibilities include high-level visual merchandising execution according to planograms, updating and styling department mannequins, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards while building relationships with Walmart Store Management.

Responsibilities

  • Commitment to elevating retail presentations and storytelling through visual merchandising.
  • Clear communication with store personnel and reporting.
  • Partner with Store Management to achieve project goals.
  • Execute installation, execution, and maintenance of apparel departments, mannequins, and vignettes.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience working with mannequins—assembling, updating, styling.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute elevated visual merchandising concepts using planograms or available products.
  • Friendly, energetic, and passionate about retail merchandising.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, adaptable, trustworthy.
  • Ability to download and upload reports via a smartphone app.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
  • Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, weekdays.
