Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Ensure car wash quality standards.
- Manage overall vehicle flow and production in car wash operation.
- Ensure car wash compliance with all government standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Assist in maintaining car wash equipment.
- Help train car wash employees according to the Car Spa certification process.
- Assist in assessing performance and skills of car wash employees.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees as needed to maintain standards and improve performance.
- Perform all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined on the job descriptions for the all car wash employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions :
