ACLA Studio is a design studio based in Los Angeles, specializing in aviation and mobility. We create world-class aircraft interiors and experiences for some of the most forward-thinking names in aerospace.

We’re looking for an industrial designer with a specialization in visualization to join our team. If you speak fluent Blender, dream in HDRIs, and have a knack for turning complex ideas into beautiful, cinematic visuals—read on.

Who we want

You’re a highly creative and technically savvy industrial designer with 1–5 years’ experience, looking to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. You’re curious, collaborative, and excited about shaping the future of how we move through the world.

You’ll be working closely with our design team to develop concepts, refine CMF palettes, and build stunning visual narratives that bring aircraft interiors to life—from initial mood to final render.

You’re great at

Creating high-impact 3D visualizations (interior, product, experience)

Using Blender like a true wizard (modelling, lighting, animation a plus)

Working independently, but collaborating like a pro

Storytelling through image, motion, and material

Understanding design intent and translating it visually with precision

Thinking like a designer, not just a renderer

Nice to have

Experience in aviation, mobility, or transportation design

Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360 or similar)

Familiarity with Adobe CC, Keyshot, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, Unity and prototyping tools

Appreciation for CMF theory and how it plays into brand + experience

Curiosity, energy, and a startup mindset
