Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain and update detailed process flow diagrams, depicting various workflows and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Create clear, concise and comprehensive documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and guidelines for easy comprehension and implementation.
  • Implement and maintain process control measures to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams in understanding and implementing new processes, conducting training sessions ad needed.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.

Education / Background Requirements :

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience

  • Be the expert on the use of all computer systems that affect the process efficiency of the Operations
  • Must have strong technical skills as well as communication Must be able to transfer technical information to a diverse audience.
  • Proficient in computer-use skills ((Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2018, WMS (JDA / Red Prairie), Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
  • Must willing to work flexible

    • Working Conditions :

  • Combination of typical office environment and Warehouse Environment. Warehouse environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 50°F. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs.
  • Must be able to travel to MPL satellite locations to aid in and oversee implementation at those sites. Likely not exceeding 85 / 15 home to away (Lakeland FL, Laredo TX, Jonestown PA, Leamington Canada day trips).
