Job Title : Project Manager - Non-IT 4

Location : Beaverton, OR

Job Responsibilities :

  • Create and oversee project timelines, dependencies, and tools to monitor progress
  • Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss updates and potential risks, ensuring clear communication across teams
  • Collaborate with our client's team and external vendors to meet project deadlines
  • Manage budget items and monitor project expenditures
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and risks
  • Anticipate and effectively address challenges and obstacles.

Skills Required :

  • 8 years of experience in project management, event management, event planning, or something similar.
  • Strong team coordination and deliverable management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities across various teams and functions.
  • Ability to identify and address potential risk areas.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and work in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience managing large-scale events is a plus.
  • PMP certification nice to have, not required.
