SUMMARY

Partner is seeking a full-time Assessor to complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget, help compile, and organize build system data from site collections. Ideal candidate will have relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing assessments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

  • Complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget
  • Project research (historical, analytical, etc.)
  • Communication with client and subject site representatives
  • Data compilation and organization
  • Preparation of quality data from field collection efforts
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.).
  • Perform site visits to collect building system and property data.
  • Use field software applications to capture field data.
  • Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule.
  • Identify and resolve issues with projects.
  • Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or by email) to the client.
  • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to travel 50+%, be on feet for multiple full days in a row, and comfortable off / on ladders
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Office suite
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient knowledge of building systems
  • Prefer relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing assessments
  • Projects involve a degree of travel. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation to and from project sites
  • COMPENSATION

    Salary range : $55,000 to $80,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role

    The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
