Student will be responsible for managing the schedule of applicants reserving studios and labs, within the Creative Hub. Student will also manage key access for students, staff and faculty entry to studios. Student will ensure equipment is returned appropriately after the reserved time expires. The Creative Hub serves everyone on campus and allows for entry to the following studios : The Cricut Lab, The Photography Studio, The Screen-Printing Shop, and The Student Storefront.

The Creative Hub staff member will :

Manage, schedule and update online requests for studios.
Maintain a functioning and organized prop closet.
Provide key access to approved applicants in the afternoon and evenings. Maintain the Creative Hub Gmail account.
Update calendar on website.
Send and maintain approval of applicants with the required training agreement form.
Maintain and reset studios for efficiency of use.
Assist Interim Chair with supplies and repair / replacement needs for each studio.
Create and post social media content for Comm Design promoting our studios and department

Ability to provide technical support for zoom interviews Ability to complete work independently.

Ability use design applications such as Canva and others.

Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
