The Rapiscan Customer Experience Internship Program is a ten-to-twelve-week summer internship for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities in our Technical Support, Training, and Product Reliability departments at our Torrance, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Intern will be exposed to the Rapiscan product portfolio. Internship will rotate and spend time with the following departments : Rapiscan Learning Academy, Technical Support, Field Service and Product Reliability.
  • Responsibilities include : Project exposureService ReportingShadowing a senior service representative during a customer interactionReliability analyticsTraining development

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Selected candidate must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Candidates in their 3rd or 4th year of schooling preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel, preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
