Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Residency Program Director in the development implementation and management of residency program operations.
Essential Functions
Document maintenance designed to ensure continued accreditation by the
Monitor and assist in preparation of budget
Coordinate schedules necessary for the daily operation of the residency
Maintain logs and records of residency statistics and generate appropriate reports
Coordinate recruitment process by using the ERAS Systembased on Program Directors guidelines prepare rank order lists schedule interviews preparation of marketing materials and brochures and other related activities
