About the team

The TikTok release team is responsible for the TikTok app release, management, and measurement of application versions, as well as discovering and intercepting stability and functionality issues to ensure high-quality and efficient product delivery. Responsibilities - The TikTok release team is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery for each release. - Work closely with development teams and QA teams to identify and resolve release blockers by using tools. - Continually optimize the release process to support rapidly changing release schedules. - Create tools and platforms to improve release efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions. - Passionate about software quality and automation - Experience using one or more of the following scripting languages : Java / Kotlin / Object-C / Swift / Go / Python, and understanding of Android / iOS compilation and packaging process. - Familiarity with the release and review processes of mobile applications is preferred. - Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in mobile development or test development, with a good understanding of common mobile engineering frameworks and development / debugging tools. - Familiarity with mobile UI automation and Monkey principles, capable of scripting automation tasks. Experience in optimizing automation frameworks is preferred. - Demonstrates strong technical curiosity and self-motivation, coupled with excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
