A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Representative. Key Responsibilities Prepares damage estimates through discussions, photos, and field inspections Researches reasonable amounts and labor rates in the local market Documents claim files and provides coverage guidance to lower-level adjusters Required Qualifications Intermediate level experience in claims adjusting Ability to handle moderately complex claims Experience with mechanical claims and inspection reports Remote work capability, preferably in the EST or CST time zone Bilingual in English / Spanish is desired but not required
