- Acts as Triage’s primary point of contact with MSP / Direct clients
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with MSP partners and direct clients
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs, challenges, and expectations
- Responsible for overall success, growth, and relationships with accounts
- Provide timely updates on available candidates, industry trends, and best practice in healthcare staffing.
- Identify, evaluate, and close new client contracts through sales calls.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts.
- Strategically plan and track target clients for development
- Identify Weekly Strategic Focus Jobs and lead meetings with recruitment floor to provide selling points, client and area details along with submission requirements to the floor.
- Proactively follow up with recruitment floor to identify struggles filling client orders and work to find creative solutions.
- Create business through marketing qualified hot candidates into new and existing clients.
- Organize presentations and site visits as needed for key client accounts and / or targets.
- Collaborate with recruiting team to source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals.
- Work with Long Term Care Manager and Long-Term Care Recruiting team to provide feedback and strategize on ways to improve team efficiency, accuracy, and success.
- Serves as the primary escalation point, ensuring swift and effective resolution of complex client concerns and inquiries to include recruitment, billing, payroll, accounts receivable and compliance.
- Quickly act upon any clinical concerns and ensure timely communication to Triage Clinical team, recruitment and provide resolution to the client.
- Match suitable candidates with appropriate openings.
- Facilitate the hiring process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Lead weekly new start meetings with compliance teams to identify concerns and escalate with client and / or compliance leadership for resolution / clearance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track client satisfaction, candidate placements, and revenue growth.
- Be familiar with customer score cards and align recruitment teams to client goals.
- Responsible for client education and training with recruitment
- Negotiate contracts and bill rates on an annual basis, or as market demands fluctuate.
- Share a competitive budget guideline for Direct / Priority Job Order; collaborate with Recruiters to close or adjust budget as needed.
- Enter and email out job orders to the Long-Term Care Recruitment team for timely fulfillment
- Understand all Orientation, dress code, and unique procedural policies at client facilities.
- Assist in client collections and billing.

- Minimum education required for this position is an associate's degree (Direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Healthcare staffing industry
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
