Field Marketing Coordinator

to help bring our brands to life. In this role, youll support marketing campaigns, coordinate field events, and ensure our products and messaging make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities : Review and approve credit card transactions for field marketing team. Create and maintain expense reports for teams and corresponding campaigns. Coordinate with Accounting to handle expenses and individual campaign budgets. Maintain inventory for corresponding campaigns. Maintain Event calendar for Tradeshows and other events. Coordinate necessary staff and inventory for Trade and Pop-Up Shows. Keep reps' schedules up-to-date and manage itineraries to ensure smooth travel and event execution. Maintain and track SAP orders & inventory for field marketing team. Ship emergency products and tools as needed. Process new customer orders and assist reps with onboarding procedures. Audit RMS surveys. Track store counts in RMS report function and updates the numbers and final counts on a weekly basis. Update performance and market activity reports for review by the Growth Marketing Manager. Create SOPs and agendas for new hires on the team. Obtain necessary equipment and accounts for new hires as needed. Coordinate team meetings and take notes as needed. Conduct research on relevant trade shows, industry events, and grassroots opportunities. Qualifications : Proficiency in Google Workspace and / or Microsoft Office; experience with CRMs, shipping software, or field tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and logistics. Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and supporting others behind the scenes Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset. Compensation Hourly Rate :
