Job Summary

The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting sales operations and business decision-making across 20 business units. This individual will mine, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that guide strategy, measure performance, and support organic growth initiatives. Working closely with leadership, the Data Analyst will help maintain transparency and accuracy in key performance metrics while ensuring the business has reliable reporting and analysis for ongoing decision-making.

This role reports directly to the Sales Operations Leader and will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and business unit leaders. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to transform data into business intelligence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations by analyzing data across 20 business units.
  • Mine, clean, and manipulate data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support business growth and procurement strategies.
  • Maintain and report on KPIs and performance metrics to ensure transparency.
  • Build recurring reports and dashboards to measure progress against business goals.
  • Partner with leaders including Will Benton (Sales Operations Leader) and Ryan Sanders to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
  • Required Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and manipulate data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Ability to create clear and compelling reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of SQL and / or Python for data manipulation.
  • Exposure to statistical concepts and methods.
  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting.
