Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist

Full Time Position

Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with :

3+ years Billing or similar level of accounting education & experience.
Experience in manual Billing along with Sales Tax reporting
3+ years Collections experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and general accounting systems.
Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Works well with others and able to follow instructions

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical day may include :

Bill customer for controller(s), scheduled to ship, while simultaneously generating a packing slip for shipping.

Maintain accounting packets. Packets should contain workorder details, shipping details, and customer’s acknowledgement to pay.

Actively monitor accounts receivable aging balances, identify delinquent accounts, and follow up with customer including- contacting customers by phone and / or email, correcting and resubmitting invoices if necessary

Work actively with customers and other departments to provide invoices and statements on accounts.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with customers while maintaining accurate customer account records

Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Processes incoming credit card payments

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Day shifts, generally 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Based in Dallas, Texas (In-Person)
