We’re seeking a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join a market leading NetSuite partner in New York City.

About the Role

As a NetSuite implementation consultant you will be responsible for leading clients through the entire NetSuite deployment process, from analyzing business needs to configuring and customizing the system to fit those requirements.

You will manage data migration, oversee system integrations, and ensure all processes are optimized for the client’s operations. You will also train users, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during and after implementation, making sure the solution delivers measurable value and aligns with the client’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering and process design to deployment and support.
  • Design and implement solutions for flexible consumption models, including subscription-based billing and revenue management, within client NetSuite environments.
  • Collaborate with clients to map business processes and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Manage functional design, testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on best practices, integrations, and customizations.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, ideally with subscription-based billing / revenue models.
  • Previous experience working at a Big 4 consulting firm (or a top-tier accounting firm).
  • Proven hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and teams across global locations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed; flexible hybrid work environment.

    • Required Skills

  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Experience with ERP data migration, integrations, and cutover.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Zuora, RevStream).

    • Preferred Skills

  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Experience with ERP data migration, integrations, and cutover.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Zuora, RevStream).

    • Pay range and compensation package : $145,000-180,000
