Job Title : Proposal Strategist

Location : Chesapeake, VA

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business development and project management to craft compelling proposals that highlight our client's strengths.
  • Create and manage proposal plans, including storyboards, strategies, and team assignments.
  • Lead reviews and refine marketing materials based on feedback.
  • Oversee proposal kickoff meetings and develop engaging graphics and visuals.
  • Handle post-submission activities, including interviews and contract negotiations.
  • Support project metrics development, focusing on safety, budget, and community involvement.

Skills Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years in marketing, business development, or sales within a professional services firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is highly preferred.
  • Certified Proposal Management Professional (APMP) is a plus.
  • Experience in an A / E firm is advantageous.
